exemption of certain foreign pleasure craft from the mandatory                                      
pilotage requirement and to civil fines imposed on the owner or                                     
operator of a pleasure craft of foreign registry; and providing for an                              
effective date" was read the second time.                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Wilken, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                    
adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                                 
1593. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL
